Magpie

The last of the photos from last week’s trip to Rainham Marshes. A very handsome Magpie. It was in the grass searching for nesting materials.

Mute Swan and friend

Mute Swan

Another photo from our morning at the RSPB reserve at Rainham Marshes. This Mute Swan was swimming along the edge of the river with it’s mate (out of shot) and then this duck joined the flotilla.

Bumble Bee in Pollen

Bumble Bee

Bumble Bee on the Pussy Willow. I thought as I posted an ‘ugly’ photo earlier, I would post a photo that is showing that Spring is coming. Had a lovely walk around the RSPB Rainham Marshes today and this is one of the photos I took.
