A lovely Robin that was entertaining us with his song while we were sitting out enjoying the sun at the weekend.
Well after several weeks of not having any time to do some bird photography, I finally made some time and just sat and watched the feeders in the garden. Unfortunately, having been away so long the birds have forgotten to ignore me, so only the Robin was brave enough to feed while I watched.
What a difference a day makes. Yesterday, this lovely Robin was singing it’s heart out in the sun, today it is snowing hard out there!
Robin landing on a pot to get the food dropped from the feeder. This photo was taken just before the one I posted yesterday.
Robin collecting food dropped from the feeder above. This Robin is quite a nervous feeder and he only stays long enough to get a couple of seeds before he flies off again.
As it is getting closer to winter, here is our Robin standing on the fence post beneath our Apple tree.
Some photos of the resident Robin, there is a young one in the garden as well at the moment.
It has been a while since I have posted here, so here is a photo of our resident Robin.
Well it is nearly December, so here is a photo of the Robin from our garden. This Robin is very timid at the moment, so getting him to stand still long enough for a photo is challenging 🙂
